'vobfindsec' - find start and end sector addresses of DVD-Video VOB's in ifo file

The vobfindsec utility is used to find start and end sector addresses of <VOBID> (1...n) in a DVD-Video ifo file <ifo-file>.
If <VOBID> is omitted or 0 vobfindsec outputs start and end sectors of all VOBID's given in the <ifo-file>.
